Erin guides a meditative practice and holds a nurturing, supportive space with an emphasis on developing higher levels of awareness and discovering inner fulfillment. She understands that mastery of self is an ongoing journey that requires patience and persistence. She believes that by developing self-awareness, we create opportunities to shift towards healing and well-being. 

Erin is studio manager and a teacher at Shiva Shakti Yoga. She draws on over 10 years experience teaching in health and wellness, her life experiences and educational background: a synergy of yoga, human movement science, coaching psychology, and mindfulness. She shares her passion by inviting people to connect in unity, move freely, and live from the heart.


Born in Canada, her passions have led her to travel within various countries where she has had the opportunity to learn from inspiring leaders, cultures, and communitiesShe has led local and international retreats incorporating seva (volunteer service to local communities), yoga, mindfulness meditation, and coaching workshops - private sessions
