Yin Yoga
    Yin Yoga is a slow class which has the practitioner
    in one position for a longer amount of time. T
he yin practice 
    focusses on applying gentle pressure to the connective tissues 
    (fascia, ligaments, tendons, bones, and joints) supporting the 
    tissues to open to new ranges of motion. 
It is a perfect compliment
    to the vinyasa classes which are typically yang classes as these
    build strength and stamina and Yin helps with
    flexibility and relaxes you into a meditative state.
