Yin Yoga
    
    Yin Yoga is a slow class which has the practitioner
    in one position for a longer amount of time allowing
    for the muscles and fascia of the body to really release
    therefore increasing flexibility and going deeper into
    the posture. It is a perfect compliment to the vinyasa
    classes which are typically yang classes as these
    build strength and stamina and Yin helps with
    flexibility and relaxes you into a meditative state.
