      A class aimed at those who are new to yoga
    or just wanting to refine their practice, working
    through the postures at a pace which allows more
    detail to the pose, correct allignment and focus-drishti.
    Whether you already have an advanced practice or
    have never tried yoga before this class will bring
    home the principles of yoga asana and increase
    strength, stamina, flexibilty and balance.

    This class is also safe for women during pregnancy.
